the rest of your style. You don’t necessarily have to spend a

Here are some hair care basics. To minimize hair breakage be sure
to wet hair thoroughly prior to applying shampoo. Use about a
quarter size amount of shampoo and lather it for no more than 30
seconds. Rinse with cool water to seal moisture and close the hair
follicle. Follow up with conditioner. Be sure to choose a shampoo
and conditioner for your hair type and look for natural
ingredients. Read labels, even products labeled as organic may
contain up to 30% chemical ingredients. For most people washing
every other day is appropriate.
Drying: Get hair dry as much as possible with a towel before blow
drying. This will prevent some of the damage caused by the hair
dryer as well as save time. If you are prone to static electricity
in your hair, a damp brush will help. A comb is better to detangle
hair as it will not cause as much breakage as a brush.
Brushing: Keep hair brushed regularly to reduce tangles. To
distribute oils threw the hair, bend over and brush from back to
front.
Dull lifeless hair can be a sign of a poor diet. There are vitamin
especially formulated to promote hair health.
